Hydro Engineering's Instant Car Wash is a modular, above-ground vehicle wash system that combines high-performance cleaning with advanced water recycling. It is designed for locations that need vehicle washing without a conventional construction project or sewer-dependent wash bay.

- Configurations can start at approximately 14 feet wide by 24 feet long.
- Above-ground installation reduces the need for in-ground construction.
- Drive-on and drive-off ramps support simple vehicle flow.
- If a wash rack already exists, the ICW can be added around the existing wash process.
Advanced water recycling
- Hydrokleen filtration treats and recycles collected wash water.
- Reuse of collected water reduces freshwater consumption.
- Operation can be independent of municipal sewer systems, making the system useful for remote, temporary, or constrained sites.
Complete cleaning tools
- Hydroblaster pressure washer for recycled-water cleaning.
- Microfiber flow-through brush for road film removal.
- Fresh-water rinse wand for the final rinse.
How it works
- Drive the vehicle onto the Hydropad wash rack platform.
- Use recycled water through the Hydroblaster pressure washer to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Use the microfiber brush to remove road film.
- Apply a final fresh-water rinse.
- Capture all used wash water through the Hydropad and recycle it through the Hydrokleen system.
