Portable wash rack are equipment and do not require construction. A simple water and power connection is all that is required. No sewer connection is required which in most cases eliminates the need for permitting.
Place wash rack inside on concrete, or outside on any compacted surface; dirt, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Water freezes so that has to be considered in your wash rack placement and whether it needs freeze protection or not.
